Pilates

Pilates works because it fixes what most other workouts ignore. While traditional exercise focuses on building bigger muscles or burning more calories, Pilates strengthens the small, deep muscles that actually hold your body together. We’re thrilled to be the only Boutique Reformer Pilates Studio in town! A boutique studio means that we are privately owned, locally operated, and committed to giving you a unique and specialized wellness experience.
